Refund and Deposit Policy

 

AllBiz Web requires a Non-Refundable Deposit for all new web design projects. AllBiz monthly maintenance packages allow for agreed upon changes and updates as described within the signed agreement. No refunds are given only exchanges or credits toward additional services.

Terms & Conditions
.

  • AllBiz Web requires an initial payment for all new web design projects. Work begins upon receipt of payment.
  • We are pleased to offer credit or a service exchange for alternate services in lieu of a refund.
  • Depending on the request, changes will be made within 72 business hours (not including weekends or holidays).
  • If you need more changes than was agreed upon, you can pay for them separately and you must use the extra changes in that same month.
  • Payments must be made in advance unless you’ve agreed on something else. Maintenance, security, hosting, and blog posts are extra and will be billed separately.
  • We will carry out all requests as written in our agreement.
  • Payment confirms acceptance of terms listed above.
